Booking and Refunds 

ONLY be secured by payment. Subject to the cancellation provisions set out below, this shall be non-refundable or changeable. 

Although the right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 does not apply to The Track, should you want to cancel or change your session within 48 hours, there will be no refund. 

The legally binding contract between us, which includes these Terms and Conditions, will be formed once the registration process is completed. 

You will receive an email confirmation of your booking once your account has been debited or your payment has been received, together with a receipt of your payment. Please email us should you be unsure of any details. Your statutory rights are not affected. 

In the unfortunate event that The Track cannot be used in the short term, we will endeavour, where possible, to reschedule your session. In the event of us having to cancel a session we will give you a  credit.
